PAID HOLIDAYS / VACATIONS
All full-time employees are eligible for holiday and vacation pay after completion of 90-day probation period.
MEDICAL / VISION INSURANCE
All full-time employees are eligible for medical and vision insurance after completion of 90-day probation period. Employee is covered at the company's expense. Family members may be added at an additional cost. Insurance Company is not an HMO.
DENTAL INSURANCE
All full-time employees are eligible for dental insurance after completion of 90-day probation period. Employee may receive coverage at a low discounted group rate. Family members may be added at an additional cost. Insurance Company is AAA rated.
LIFE INSURANCE
All full-time employees are eligible for life insurance after completion of 90-day probation period. The company purchases a $25,000 for each employee. Additional insurance may be purchased by the employee at a discounted rate.
DISABILITY INCOME
After completion of 90-day probation period, employees may purchase a long or short-term disability income plan. The plan offers employees to receive replacement salary should they become permanently or temporarily disabled.
